The Organizing Committee of IEEE IDSTA 2023 has secured a number of rooms at different hotels in
Kuwait with special rates for the summit/conference attendees.
1) Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa (Main Conference Venue)
Located in the Messilah beach district, this 5-star hotel offers modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi in
the heart of Kuwait. It features 5 dining outlets along with an outdoor pool, gym, and spa. With
contemporary décor and electric curtains, all air-conditioned units come with a flat-screen TV, minibar,
tea/coffee making facilities, in-room safe, and private bathroom.
The reservation will be made for a single standard room with breakfast included. Rate is 79.000 KWD per night.
2) Radisson Blu Hotel
Located in the Arabian Gulf's seaside, Radisson Blu Hotel Kuwait features modern accommodations. It
offers a free outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a free fitness centre and complimentary WiFi in all
areas. Marina Mall is 4 km away. All units are brightly decorated and include luxury amenities. Each
room provides a satellite flat-screen TV, a work desk and a minibar upon request. The bathroom is fitted
with a shower and free toiletries.

Visa Letter Request
Holders of passports from 53 countries are granted visa upon arrival to Kuwait international airport. The countries include:

The holders of those passports can also request an e-visa by visiting the following website:
Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) residents are also granted visa upon arrival to Kuwait international airport.
All other nationalities must apply for a visa from the nearest Kuwaiti embassy in their country of residence.
Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation is provided only after you have completed registration for the summit or conferences and paid the conference registration fee. Such a letter may be needed to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting. If you require an invitation letter please contact Rachel Knight via email. The letter will be provided by email. In your email, provide the following information:

Any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application
The summit and conferences cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the summit or the conferences. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter.
CONFERENCE VENUE
IDSTA 2023 will be hosted by Kuwait College of Science and Technology (KCST)
in the beautiful city of Kuwait. The conference will be held in:
